ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents No. 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his house by considering his representation dated 31.01.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent and the respondent police has issued CSR No.53 of 2022 and conducted enquiry. During enquiry the third respondent had given undertaking that he will vacate the premises on or before 15.02.2022.

3. Recording the same, the said petition stands closed and if the third respondent violates the undertaking given before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
