ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 307 and 304 (A) of IPC in Crime No.144 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the wife of the deceased namely, Vanitha, has preferred a complaint before the respondent police stating that her husband has been died on 06.09.2018 under mysterious circumstances. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police initially registered the complaint under Section 174 Cr.P.C., and subsequently, altered the Section from 174 Cr.P.C., to Sections 307 and 304(A) IPC and the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Accordingly, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner and further the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is ready to abide by any of the conditions that is to be imposed by this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is still pending. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the offences involved this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
