ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.10(iii) imposed upon Petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.12109 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1133 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024. Condition No.10(iii) reads as under:- "10(iii). The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 2.Heard Mr.A.M.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for Petitioner and Mr.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondent.

Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.MP(MD)No.12109 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1133 of 2024. Hence, he prays that condition no.10(iii) of the order dated 18.11.2024 imposed on the Revision Petitioner may be relaxed. He further prays that Revision Petitioner may be directed to appear before the Trial Court once in every three months. 2/6

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondent concedes that Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2024. However, he objects to the prayer for the appearance of Revision Petitioner before the Trial Court once in every three months and prays that this Court may relax the condition of appearance of Revision Petitioner before the Trial Court once in two months.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition no.10(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.12109 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1133 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, is modified as follows:- "10(iii). Petitioner shall report before the Concerned Court once in two months ie.,on the first working day of every alternate month ie., commencing from March 2026, until further orders"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
