ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.8(f) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1020 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025. Condition No.8(f) reads as under:- "8. ....

(f) the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the learned Trial Court weekly once i.e., on Monday of english calendar month;"

2.Heard Mr.J.Jeevin, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 08.08.2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1020 of 2025. He prays that Condition No. 8(f) of the order dated 08.08.2025, imposed on Revision Petitioner, may be relaxed. He further prays that Revision Petitioner may be directed to produce the vehicle before the Trial Court once in every three months.

4. Learned Government Advocate for Respondent concedes that the Revision Petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2025. However, he objects to the prayer that the vehicle be produced before the Trial Court once in every three months and prays that this Court may relax the condition of producing vehicle before the Trial Court once in a month.

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned Counsel on both sides, condition No.8(f) imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1020 of 2025 dated 08.08.2025, is modified as follows:- "8. ....

(f) The petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the Trial Court once in a month ie., on the first working day of Every English Calendar month"

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
