PRAYER :- To Extend time for 2 weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in Crime No.38/2019 in Crl.O.P.NO.17300/2019 on 26/11/2019 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.17300 of 2019, dated 26/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, she prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
