ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the impugned order passed in Unnumbered O.S. No.... of 2019 dated 24.10.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aundipatti.

2. Heard the argument put forth by the petitioner.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the marriage between the petitioner and the first respondent was already dissolved and the petitioner filed a suit to remove the entry in the Register of the Sub-Registrar, but, the District Munsif, Andipatti, return the plaint for want of jurisdiction and therefore, prayed a direction to number the suit to be given.

4. Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader, appeared on behalf of the second respondent.

5. It is seen that the petitioner seeks for a prayer against the Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, to cancel the entry made on 12.12.2013 regarding the registration of marriage and he filed a suit before the District Munsif, Andipatti. C.R.P(MD)No.313 of 2020 that the petitioner want to colour a matrimonial dispute as a civil suit and hence, such a direction against the Sub-Registrar, Gobichettipalayam cannot be made before the District Munsif, Aundipatti. If it is taken as a matrimonial dispute, then also the District Munsif, Aundipatti, is not having jurisdiction.

6. In the above circumstances, there is nothing sufficient enough to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
