ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of an eunquiry.

2.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner with the second respondent and the same was registered in CSR.No.136 of 2021 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, if any cognizable offence is made out.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
