Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the order passed in E.P.No.56 of 2018 dated 20.01.2020 in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 1999 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Sriviliputhur, Virudhunagar Dist forthwith.

ORDER

This Revision Petition coming on for orders upon this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: Today, the matter is taken up for hearing under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents are present before this Court. 2.It is seen that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.03.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit in which, he has stated that he will vacate the property within 20 days. Thereafter, the State Government announced lock down throughout the State. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner could not vacate the property as he has undertaken earlier.

No.398 of 2020 3.In view of the above stated fact and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to vacate the premises within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the respondent is directed to take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.
