ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the case in crime No.61 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and may transfer the investigation to some other unbiased police or competent agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the FIR in crime No.61 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 10.05.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
