ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to trace out the original documents bearing Document No.224/2008 registered at Lalgudi Sub Registrar Tiruchirapalli District or to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner.

2.The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent for missing of original document bearing Doc. No.224 of 2008 on 23.08.2024. He also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original document as early as on 25.09.2021.

3. Considering the above the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non traceable certificate to the petitioner after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
