This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the 1/4

condition imposed by this Court in Crl M P No.76 of 2026 on 08.01.2026 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl MP No.76 of 2026, dated 08.01.2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions remain un altered.
