This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.05 of 2015 dated 10.06.2015 on the file of the first respondent herein as well as the Crime No.168 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed.
