Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GIRI SHANKARV, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17240 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17240 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish his mobile phone to the respondent police and as and when the petitioner is required, he shall appear before the respondent police for further enquiry.
