ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent police to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S. No. 4 of 2024 maintained by the 2nd respondent, based on the 1/4

petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025, in accordance with law and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having only one criminal case. However, the respondents are harassing the petitioner under the guise of inquiry. He further submitted that the petitioner has a 17-year-old daughter, and that the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to carry on her milk profession under the guise of inquiry.

3. Considering the nature of the allegations, the respondents are strictly directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As far as the other allegations are concerned, the respondents shall restrain from threatening or harassing the petitioner and shall strictly adhere to the timings prescribed under law for inquiry.
