RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl O.P (MD) No. 22969 of 2022 dated 11.01.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POORNACHANDRAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22969 of 2022 dated 11.01.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2023 before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Madurai.

4.Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 13.02.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
