3.Considering the above submission and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.This petition is, accordingly, ordered.
