ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the second respondent police to grant police protection based on the complaint dated 31.01.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws with regard to the matrimonial dispute. The said complaint was registered in Crime No.430 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147,294(b),323,448,500,355 and 506(i) of IPC. The second respondent has completed investigation in the Crime No.430 of 2021 and filed the final report before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken cognizance. Pending the same, the accused persons had threatened the petitioner and infact the petitioner was not allowed to enter into the house, for which the petitioner has lodged another complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
