RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e.daily at 10.30A.M until further order in Crl.O.P.No.2198 of 2017 dated 02/03/2017 in Crime No.30 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the above submission and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
