ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb from the respondents 3 to 7.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint alleging that the respondents 3 to 7 are attempting to kidnap the petitioner's daughter and also threatened with dire consequences. On the enquiry conducted by the second respondent, it reveals that the respondents 3 to 7 executed power of attorney in favour of the property owned by them and the same was registered vide Doc. No.5704/2020 dated 30.12.2020 at the office of the Sub Registrar, Tiruppur. Further the petitioner also refused to settle the sale consideration to the respondents 3 to 7. Therefore there was a dispute between them and the entire allegations are civil in nature , hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. Recording the same, the said petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned civil Court in the manner known to law, if so, advised.
