PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court only from 09.03.2017.

facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
