This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to reopen the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2019 on the file of the second respondent police in DCB C.No.61/DCB/TRI/2019 dated 26.02.2019.
