O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 29.10.2013 made in CFR No.11579/2013 unfiled Cr.R.P. No. ---- of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur and confirming the order in C.C. No.125 of 2013 dated 20.08.2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Thanjavur and set aside the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having perused the materials available on record, this Court does not find any merit in the petition filed by the petitioner and order passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur does not warrant any interference. There is absolutely no material available in support of the allegation made. It is not as if any tampering had taken place with the Court records by the respondents.
