Side), upon the complaint of the second respondent/de-facto complainant, a case stands registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in PRC No. of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Dindigul.
