O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.8 of 2018 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Reading of the B-Dairy extract shows that after framing of issues the suit is pending for the past four years without any progress. The suit is of the year 2018.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No. 1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
