ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) 3.The dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent is a private dispute. Merely because the second respondent is an Inspector of Police does not give rise to a cause for the petitioner to approach the first respondent with a complaint nor does it warrant a direction from this Court to the first respondent to entertain the complaint. 2/5

4.Private disputes are to be resolved between the parties before the appropriate forum. This Court cannot entertain such disputes in a Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
