ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his mother.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.45 of 2021 and the same is posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
