The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner was concluded and further the service of the petitioner was also extended. Thus, the grievance does not exist as of now. However, with reference to the representation, the authorities are bound to take a decision to regularize the period of suspension as per rules in force. Once the proceedings are completed against the employee, the period of suspension is regulated in accordance with rules.
