ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The land belonging to Malaimandala Srinivasa Perumal Temple was acquired under the provisions of the National Highway Act, 1956. The question is to whom the compensation amount should be disbursed. Section 3(H) of the National Highway Act, 1956 deals with the issue. The petitioner can very well make his claim before the second respondent. The second respondent shall adhere to the procedure set out in Section 3(H) of the said Act. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
