ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in M.C.No.105 of 2013 dated03.01.2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in M.C.No.105 of 2013 dated03.01.2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi has been closed as early as on 30.11.2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, the prayer sought for in the criminal original petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
