Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the parties. 2.The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent challenging the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4444/2021/A4, dated 08.10.2024, regarding the cancellation of patta bearing Patta No.3678 comprised in S.No. 148/2B2 to an extent of 0.3.81 ares.

3.The said appeal is pending on the file of the first respondent from 07.01.2025 and the petitioner seeks to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously. 2/4

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for, a writ of mandamus is issued directing the first respondent/District Revenue Officer to pass final orders in the pending appeal dated 07.01.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
