ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents respondents to remove the obstructions made thereby preventing the petitioner from using the public road in survey. No. 1981 of Perunkudi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the representation dated 15-01-2026 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader,on instructions, would submit that there 2/4

is no obstructions for the petitioners to use the public road in S.No.1981 of Perunkudi Village, Radhapuram Village, Tirunelveli District. The said submission is recorded.
