2.It is admitted that the petitioner has not chosen to comply the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 02.12.2016 in Crl.M.P (MD).No.11955/2016.Hence, the stay already granted is vacated, Crl.M.P(MD).No.11955 of 2016 stands dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order in time.
