Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pertaining to the impugned rejection in respect of tender ID 2025-MAWS-515931-1 and 2025-MAWS-515938-1 in connection with tender notification dated 31.12.2024 in E1/Est No. 016192/2024 (SFC INCENTIVE FUND PKG 1 and 2) of the respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accept the petitioner's bid and award the above mentioned tender to the 1/6

petitioner.

These Writ Petitions are listed today under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of Mr.S.Vidhyasagar, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent in W.P.(MD)No.2754 of 2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent in W.P.(MD)No.2754 of 2025 submits that in the order dated 24.04.2025, passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.2754 and 2755 of 2025, the name of the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent in W.P.(MD)No.2754 of 2025 has been inadvertently mentioned as "K.Sivabalan" instead of "S.Vidhyasagar". Therefore, the learned counsel prays for necessary correction in the said order.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the correction by substituting the name "S.Vidhyasagar" in place of "K.Sivabalan" in the order dated 24.04.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the corrected order forthwith.
