RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable court by its order dated 08.11.2016 in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 21203 of 2016 directing the Petitioner to report daily before the respondent police at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MURALIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent. 2 According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly from 16.11.2016 onwards.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstance of the case, the petitioners shall comply with the existing condition till 16.12.2016 and thereafter, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, monthly once https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also as and when required until further orders.
