ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second and third respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.01.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has given complaint to the Karaikudi North Police Station, based on which enquiry has been conducted enquiry has been initiated in CSR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2472 of 2020 No.101 of 2020 on 17.02.2020 and he would submit that summons have been issued to the fourth and fifth respondents. He would submit that due enquiry will be conducted and it is found petitioner needs protection, suitable protection will be given
