Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.06 of 2025 instead of Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.6 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.438 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025.
