obtaining any permission from the 1st respondent based on the representation of the petitioners dated 18-12-2019 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.18/2011, dated 15-04-2011, to remove the encroachment namely, a bunk shop put up by the 2nd respondent in front of the petitioners' shops without obtaining any permission from the 1st respondent, based on the representation of the petitioners dated 18-12-2019, within a time frame . 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the bunk shop in question has already been removed. Page No.2 of 4

In view of the said submission, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
