This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.304/2021, pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence he prays to quash the FIR. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners are having several previous cases against them.

4.Though the parties have settled their issue, considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to allow this 2/4
