ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, in Cr.MP No. 8216/2022 and register the case.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that in pursuance of the directions issued by the jurisdictional Magistrate, the FIR in Crime No.01 of 2023 came to be registered on 05.02.2023, for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC and Sections 3(1) and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. He has also produced a copy of the same.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
