ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.53 of 2012 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of four years from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on 28.04.2016.
