CRL OP(MD). No.2860 of 2020 Amendment Ordinance Act, 1989, in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 04.02.2020 since it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has caused stab injury on the hip of the victim.

4. In view of the overt act attributed to the petitioner, I see no ground to grant relief to the petitioner and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
