This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry into the matter which is the nature of civil dispute. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the FIR came to be registered in Crime No.25 of 2023 on 26.01.2023, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) IPC against the petitioner and for the same, investigation is pending. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
