Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6835 of 2021 by order dated 19.05.2021.
