ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Admittedly, what has been challenged before us on the earlier occasion in W.A.No.990 of 2016 was to the correctness of the interim order passed in M.P.No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD) No.11211 of 2013 on 19.01.2016.
2. We have passed a speaking order while upholding the order of the learned single Judge. There is no error apparent with the order of the learned single Judge. However, in view of the apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the review petitioner, we make it clear that the order passed by us was the one confirming the interim arrangement and therefore, nothing prevents the parties to put their contentions in the main writ petition with respect to the correctness of the order under challenge. 3.Accordingly, there is no ground made out for reviewing the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) No.990 of 2016 on 11.09.2018 and the review application stands dismissed.
