Challenging the dismissal order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.579 of 2023, dated 10.01.2023, the appellant/writ petitioner has filed the instant Writ Appeal. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner submitted that a fresh auction was conducted by the respondents and the appellant participated in the said auction and was the successful bidder and the license has been granted in favour of the appellant/writ petitioner and therefore, nothing requires for further adjudication in the present Writ Appeal. 2/4

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
