ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.34 of 2021 and the same is posted for enquiry.

3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2403 of 2021 dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on merits and on findings within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the private respondents 4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
