O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in A.S.NO.20 of 2022 dated 22.09.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor.

2. Even though this revision was filed for the aforesaid relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer. He submits that a direction may be issued to the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor, for speedy disposal.

3. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that the petitioner may approach the Appellate Court and make his request for speedy disposal. Considering the oldness of the trial process, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, shall consider the request of the petitioner and to take up the matter out of turn and dispose of the same as early as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
