ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action and conclude the investigation based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.12.2024 was considered and already the matter was enquired and closed.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and the complaint was closed, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
