This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent quash the proceedings in Cr.No.72 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as mistake of fact and a report was also filed on 13.06.2015 before the concerned Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. It is open to the second respondent to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
