Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 26.10.2016 imposing condition to appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.11.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.11.2016 and final report was filed and the case is pending in S.C.No.2 of 2016.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charges levelled against the petitioner herein, the facts that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. The condition is relaxed fully.
7. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
